If you receive a defective item, please maintain its original condition and notify us within 3 days of receipt, providing photos of the defect for assessment. The following are not considered defects: # Color Difference: Product colors may vary due to different display devices and settings. Please refer to the actual product color upon receipt. # Size: Minor measurement variations of 0.5-1 cm are considered normal due to different measurement methods. # Solder Points: While crafted with precision, handmade items may exhibit slight solder points, such as at the junction of earring posts and earrings, or necklace connections. Minor unevenness at these joints is normal. # Gemstones: All gemstones are natural, meaning each will have unique inclusions and textures. Natural black spots, lines, feather cracks, or cloudiness within gemstones are normal. # Pearls: All pearls are natural and unique, possessing their own natural luster. While we select pearls for consistency, no two will be exactly alike. | Return Policy | * All items (excluding custom orders) are eligible for a 7-day appreciation period, calculated from the day after the item is signed for. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Returns requested after the 7-day period will not be accepted. The 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period; please do not wear the jewelry extensively before returning it. The following situations are not eligible for returns: # Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period. # The item is not returned in its original packaging box and shipping carton. # Incomplete or damaged accessories and invoices, such as paper invoices, warranty cards, envelopes, packaging boxes, paper bags, kraft paper boxes, earring backs, etc., that were shipped with the product. # Signs of prolonged wear and tear or soiling from non-standard trial use. # Modifications made to the product, such as engraving or size/chain length adjustments. # Promotional gifts not returned. # Human-induced damage upon return shipping. # Engraved items are considered custom orders and are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period. * As per court rulings, custom orders made at the consumer's request are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period and therefore cannot be returned. * Return shipping costs will be covered by HYGGE ADORN. However, if the original order total falls below the free shipping threshold after a return, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. If the order total remains above the free shipping threshold, no additional shipping fee will be charged. * Each order is eligible for one free return shipping service. If you need to return additional items within the 7-day appreciation period, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
