・If you register the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has successfully started before registering.
・After placing an order and completing checkout, your purchase details serve as proof of registration. No physical ticket will be mailed. Please arrive at the venue at the scheduled time for check-in; no separate SMS or pre-class notification will be sent.
・Orders that are not checked out after placement are considered incomplete registrations. Enrollment will close immediately once full. Unpaid orders will not be included in the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
。According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act for Cram Schools and Tutorial Institutions," as promulgated by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, and in accordance with Article 33 of the "Regulations for the Administration of Short-term Supplementary Schools":
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the start of the class, 95% of the actual tuition fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the start of the class, 90% of the actual tuition fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the start of the class, 80% of the actual tuition fee will be refunded.
・Rescheduling is permitted for classes within the following 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot make the rescheduled time, please opt for a refund.
・For same-day cancellations, refunds and rescheduling are not possible as the instructor's materials and venue arrangements have been finalized. No-shows will be considered forfeiture.
・To protect the rights of other participants, attendees arriving more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered forfeiture.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and name. All refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Non-ticket holders are not permitted to accompany or participate unless a child requires a parent's assistance to complete the activity independently, or in special cases where parent-child participation is approved. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of participants for a session does not reach 6 people two days prior to the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and notify participants to reschedule or receive a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Food and beverages are not permitted in the handcraft workshop. This class includes complimentary self-serve black tea or green tea.
・Participants must comply with the venue's rules and follow the instructor's directions.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the workshop for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event records or other recruitment and promotional activities in the future.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the staff at the venue, and we will make special arrangements.
