Plating can peel and fade over time, and I prefer the enduring quality of pure metal. Therefore, unless specifically requested by the customer, pieces are left unplated. 【Ring Size Measurement and Precautions】 1. Many factors influence ring size, including finger shape, tendency to swell, measurement method, season, and temperature. Even with a measuring tool, a perfect fit cannot always be guaranteed; slight variations are common. As long as the ring isn't so loose it falls off or so tight it causes pain, it's considered within the normal range. 2. When using a ring sizer, the fit should be comfortable and secure. If a size 12 is too loose and an 11 is too tight, a size 11.5 might be suitable. Finger sizes can expand and contract with temperature changes; fingers are typically about half a size larger in summer than in winter. Aim for a fit that feels slightly snug in summer and slightly loose in winter for ideal comfort. Alternatively, wearing different rings for different seasons is also a solution. __If you are prone to swelling, avoid measuring your ring size during periods of swelling__ to ensure accuracy. 3. If you don't have a measuring tool, it's recommended to visit a nearby jewelry store or goldsmith for assistance with accurate sizing. 5. You can measure the inner diameter of an existing ring and compare it to a size chart, or provide the measurement to the designer. __The inner circumference of the old ring must be perfectly circular; deformed rings are not suitable__. Visual estimation can lead to errors; a vernier caliper is recommended for precise measurement. 6. Cut a strip of paper about 5mm wide (too wide a strip can affect measurement accuracy). Wrap it around your finger, tightening it to a comfortable level. Mark where the paper overlaps. Unroll the paper and measure the circumference, then consult a size chart or inform the designer of the measurement. __This method is prone to error if the paper is not pulled tight enough or is pulled too tightly__, so please be mindful. 7.
