Do not wash the silver polishing cloth. 〃Gently brush with a toothbrush dipped in toothpaste or dish soap and a little water, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. 〃When not wearing, wipe clean and store in a ziplock bag or jewelry box to prevent oxidation from air exposure. 〃Do not wear silver jewelry when bathing in hot springs, as sulfur can cause silver to tarnish. 〃Soak silver jewelry in a silver cleaning solution. After it turns white, remove it and rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean water. The jewelry will need polishing to prevent damage from repeated use of the silver cleaning solution. 〃Apply a small amount of silver polishing cream to the surface of the jewelry with a soft cloth or cotton pad, then rinse with clean water. 〃Plated jewelry will still oxidize to varying degrees. When not wearing, be sure to store it in a ziplock bag to isolate it from the air.
