The brand concept and background :
The brand was established from the interests and ideas of wanting to create a brand that is unique in its simplicity, practicality and without the any excess. It is a design presentation to provide customers with the opportunity to be more easily experienced done by using quality materials with reasonable price.
The inspiration to create the works :
The inspiration mostly comes from our own preferences and interest because the brand will have to reflect the self as is the most. It is followed by different inspiration for each product such as a design to respond to a certain demand. However, when the design is foe the fashion industry, the important thing is the trend and the season will be the indicator in the aspect of color and details.
Brand name :
The term “Factory” is a commitment to producing products in a variety of styles indicating that the design and production will be under our own supervision. "Whiteoak" is a term that conveys the image that is based on natural Oak.it also reflects the design with the focus on simplicity. The application is suitable for many occasions. It is ready to add to the customer flamboyant style.
The production process :
It is started with the Sketch and discussion to figure out the final sketch to be perfectly edited in detail. We would find the material to be used first in our work. This will affect the usage. Additionally, it is for the material to be most appropriately used. The design and materials that used to be the most appropriate. We will do more sampling and pattern on our own... If the discrepancy is only a little, it can affect the design. The final step is to refine the detail and pattern or another sample creation in order for the products to be read and exported further.However, we listen to the customer needs and suggestions to update its better in the future so that the customers are as happy with the use of our products as possible.
Brand development guideline :
Customers are the ones with the most interaction with our products. Our growth has come from online sales and we continue to hold this path to be our main customers. We think that online sales are dominant due to the word "relationship" and "comfort", we can present the brand images and what we want the customer to know about us. The very important thing is that the customers can also give us advice and interact with us. This is the most important thing that can be used to further develop the brand.
