Hello, my name is April:) who loves art a lot. I have joined handmade markets in Hong Kong since 2014. In 2014, I got an opportunity to participate the campus’ mini sale activity where a place to start up my ‘handmade’ journey. At that time, I mainly used pin pens to draw black and white animals and plants (I love nature). I did not expect many people thinking my drawings and paintings were computer graphics or prints, to introduce them they were my own hand-drawn and hand-painted. Most of the people were surprised and they appreciated a lot. I felt delighted and satisfied.

Apart from drawings and paintings, I also love Chinese calligraphy and Chinese paintings. I dare to create a new art form which combining the Chinese calligraphy and drawings/paintings into a new ‘word’. Putting Chinese traditional calligraphy into a modern contemporary art design.
