In 2009 summer, Bella, the founder, opened the life of sewing “quoi quoi” bag in her small room of apartment.
At the beginning, her mother gave her an old sewing machine and then she started to study the sewing basics.

After that, she began to receive orders for customization and then gave handmade courses.
She always thought that how to simplify the production process for the students.
“Easy to make by hand” accidentally became the unique design style of quoi quoi bag.
For instance, she found that Japanese waxed canvas is easy to stand upright without lining.
The fabric strap is directly replaced by leather strap to simplify the sewing process.
Moreover, since zipper sewing is hard for students, most bag openings are with magnetic snap and drawstring for closure.
Without zipper at the opening, it can expand the interior space and diversify the shape unrestrictedly.
