An old man in Chiayi taught me the traditional technique of "radish cake with mushrooms, oil, scallions and meat". The complicated process made me hesitate for a while. Then I thought that "doing business" cannot only be a single item of mushroom cakes with oil, scallions and meat, so I ended the B&B. It took a whole year to "creately play" the operation of nine carrot cake items; now there are six items that are often sold.
