I opened a coffee shop, hoping to make customers feel a warm relationship.

Arriving in Taiwan from Hong Kong in 2022, this is an increasingly common Hong Kong immigrant story in recent years, and it is also a story of a Hong Kong family trying to establish roots in Taiwan, and "De Xian" is the place where we planted the seeds with our own hands.

Since the establishment of the brand, many customers have asked me what "Dexian" is. The name of the store comes from "Dexian drink tea" in Cantonese. Dexian drinking tea is a polite way of saying. Cooked, it can probably be translated into "have a meal when you have time" and other invitations that never follow.
