| Product customization process:

1. Letter informing size, style and quantity
You can provide reference drawings, design drafts, or refer to the styles in the store, and then discuss adjustments.

2. Decide on glaze color
Depending on the glaze color at the store, the same glaze color will change slightly during the firing process, or there will be slight differences due to different types of soil. This is normal.

3. Delivery time
The production time ranges from 30 to 90 days. Orders are made according to the order. For urgent orders, please send a private message to discuss.

4. Quotation and deposit
Quotes will be given based on style, size, and difficulty, and production will begin after payment is made.

5. Final payment and delivery
Please do not abandon the order maliciously. Customized products will not be returned or exchanged unless they are obviously defective.
