Starting from the round shape, the Mille-feuille croissant series will be launched in 2023. Paired with the bursting filling that overflows instantly, it presents a completely different level from donuts.
This year, for the Mid-Autumn Festival, the round shape has always been the visual representation of our desserts. The appearance is very suitable for the Mid-Autumn Festival. In addition to round mooncakes, we provide consumers with another creative choice, the Crookies series of soft biscuits. Mille-feuille croissant has fillings just like mooncakes, but the outer shell is covered with mille-feuille croissant and soft biscuits, which greatly reduces the impression that mooncakes are very sweet. The diameter is 9cm and the thickness is 4cm. You can eat it whole. I won't feel too burdened at all. We will continue our design logic and dessert technology, and begin to cooperate with brands from all walks of life to create more contextual, ritualistic and interactive sensory dining experiences.
