Zhang Kunshan was born in Yunlin County, Taiwan. He had an infinite passion and perseverance for painting since he was a child. Others saved pocket money to buy candy and popsicles, but he would use the saved money to buy crayons.
From an apprentice in a studio to running his own studio and gallery from scratch, it has been more than 50 years. He has conveyed his pursuit of aesthetics through painting creation. The prosperous writings contain rich emotions and endless stories.
