Workshop Duration: 4 hours
Monday - Sunday
* Session A: 10:00 - 14:00
* Session B: 14:30 - 18:30
(Each session includes a 30-minute buffer for finishing touches)
Dimensions:
Mesh Canvas: 13*17cm (Finished product approximately 15*20cm)
Designs can be freely created (pre-designed templates are also available)
Completion time varies based on individual pace. It is recommended to avoid scheduling important events immediately after the workshop.

* To ensure quality instruction, the studio is accessible only to registered participants. Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class begins. Please avoid arriving early to prevent waiting.
(A parent must accompany and assist participants aged 10-15 throughout the workshop at no additional cost for co-creation.)
* For the benefit of all participants, latecomers will not receive individual explanations for missed portions of the weaving class. "Please do not be late" to avoid disrupting the session for other students. To safeguard the rights of other attendees, entry will be denied for those arriving more than 10 minutes late; rescheduling will be required.
* Food and beverages are prohibited in the studio. Covered drinks are permitted, but please be mindful of spills.
* The workshop may be photographed and video recorded for use as marketing material on our brand website. If you prefer not to be filmed, please inform a staff member on-site to avoid being captured. By not informing us, you consent to Dottie Studio using images and footage of you, your likeness, and your work.
* The studio operates by appointment only. Bookings are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and cannot be rescheduled on the day of the class. Rescheduling or transferring your booking is permitted once within two months under the following circumstances:
1. Weather-related: Government-issued closures or cancellations for your area.
2. Unforeseen circumstances: Such as power outages or equipment malfunctions that prevent the class from proceeding.
3. Lateness
4. Special circumstances: Such as illness or traffic accidents, which can be discussed.

* In case of equipment malfunction or abnormality, cease operation immediately and notify staff. Do not attempt to handle the issue yourself. Any damage to equipment due to non-compliance with instructions will require full compensation at the item's price.
