・If you feel unwell within fourteen days prior to the event, or have a travel history or contact history related to COVID-19 outbreak areas, please seek medical attention promptly.
・In accordance with the workshop venue's regulations, please use alcohol disinfectant and have your temperature taken upon entry. Individuals with a temperature exceeding 37.5°C will not be permitted entry and are advised to return home to rest. We will assist with rescheduling your session.
・All attendees must complete a real-name registration and wear a mask at all times.

・If you are unable to attend after payment, you may apply for a refund through the order system.
・For cancellations or rescheduling made 1 day (inclusive) before the class date, a 20% handling fee will be deducted for refunds or rescheduling. Rescheduling is limited to one time.
・On the day of the class, as materials and seating arrangements have been prepared by the instructor, no refunds or postponements will be accepted. No-shows will be considered forfeiture.
・If the course is suspended due to directives from the epidemic command center, we will prioritize assisting with rescheduling or providing a full refund.
・Rescheduling is limited to one instance. Please contact us proactively; otherwise, it will be considered forfeiture. The rescheduled date must be within 3 months from the original registration date, with available class times. If no suitable time is found, a refund will be issued with a 20% deduction for handling fees.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Non-ticket holders are not permitted to accompany or participate unless it is a parent-child participation.
・Entry begins 10 minutes before the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please do not be late.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the workshop. This class includes complimentary self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the on-site instructor.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may conduct on-site photography during the experience activity as needed and upload it to xiabenhow's social media after the event. In the future, the organizer may use photos and videos containing your likeness for event records or other promotional purposes.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
