* To ensure the quality of teaching, the classroom is open to registered students only. Entry is open 5 minutes before the start of the class. Please do not arrive early to avoid long waiting times.
*Weaving classes cannot be taught separately for latecomers.

To ensure the rights of other students, if you are late for more than 10 minutes, the classroom will no longer be open to the public. Please make up the class on another day (limited to one time)
*No eating or drinking is allowed in the classroom. Please bring drinks with lids to avoid spillage.
* The course will be filmed and used as marketing material for the brand website. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform the staff on site to avoid being filmed. Failure to inform the staff will constitute your consent for Dottie Studio to use images and pictures of your portrait and work.
* Classrooms are reserved by appointment. Course reservations cannot be cancelled or refunded. You can reschedule or transfer once in the following circumstances within two months.
1. Due to weather conditions, government agencies have announced that work and school will be suspended in the area.
