Provide your Name / Registration Date / Class Time, and request the color chart to allow us to prepare your materials in advance.
* To ensure teaching quality, the studio is only accessible to registered participants. Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class starts; please avoid arriving too early to prevent waiting.
(A parent must accompany and assist participants aged 10-15 throughout the class at no additional charge.)
* We cannot provide individual explanations for latecomers during the knitting class. Please do not be late to avoid disrupting other participants. To ensure the rights of other students, entry will be denied for those more than 10 minutes late, and rescheduling will be required.
* Food and drinks are not permitted in the studio. Covered beverages are allowed, but please be mindful of spills.
* Classes may be filmed for brand website marketing materials. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform staff on-site to avoid being captured. Your silence implies consent for Dottie Studio to use images and videos of you and your work for promotional purposes.
* The studio operates by appointment only. Course bookings are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled on the day of the class. Rescheduling or transferring your booking is permitted once within two months under the following circumstances:
1. Weather conditions: Government-declared closures or class cancellations in the local area.
2. Emergencies: Power outages, equipment failures preventing the class from proceeding.
3. Lateness (as defined above).
4. Special circumstances: Illness, traffic accidents (subject to discussion).
