Therefore, returns or exchanges based on pattern preference cannot be accepted. ✔ This product is made to order by our artisans and is considered a custom item, thus it is not eligible for returns or exchanges. However, if the product has a defect, the brand offers an exchange service within seven days. Buyers who are extremely perfectionistic and cannot accept imperfections in the burlap fabric or differences in color or pattern compared to the photos are advised to reconsider before placing an order. ✔ Returned items must be in their original packaging. If the product has been improperly disassembled, used, or damaged, causing scratches, abrasions, breakage, soiling, or incomplete packaging that renders it unsaleable, or if accessories are missing, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept the return. For returns due to personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Scratches, cracks, deterioration, breakage, and external damage resulting from use such as collisions, friction, drops, wiping, immersion in water, or washing are not covered under the return or exchange policy.
