3. Your enrollment is complete only after a store associate from the workshop location contacts you to confirm your reserved date and availability.
4. After placing your order and completing payment, please book your session at least 3 days in advance to allow for material preparation.
5. ART64 design studio can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice, please provide your company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of class suspension due to natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances, we will proactively contact you to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
