/ Product Description & Story / "Papillon" means "butterfly" in French. This piece was inspired by the common sidewalk plant, Lemon Eucalyptus, found in Taiwan. Two petals fuse together to form a butterfly with outstretched wings, embodying the hope that everyone can fly towards their dreams in the new year, just like a butterfly. Dimensions: Approximately 1.2 cm in length, 1.2 cm in width, and 0.8 grams in weight. Materials: Imported Japanese white porcelain fired at 1230°C, clear matte glaze, 925 sterling silver ear posts. / Usage & Care / For the porcelain components, please avoid contact with any dyes to prevent staining. As these are fragile items, please handle with care to avoid impact. For sterling silver care, please note that oxidation is a natural characteristic of silver. Wearing them daily is the best form of maintenance. After wearing, rinse with clean water and gently wipe dry with a soft polishing cloth. Avoid contact with body sweat, which can alter the surface structure. After drying, it is recommended to store them in a sealed bag within a box. To prolong the life of your jewelry, please avoid contact with cosmetics, perfumes, vinegar, fruit juices, bleach, and elements like lead and mercury, to minimize corrosion. When wearing, refrain from heavy labor or activities involving strong friction to prevent scratches or damage to the jewelry. / Product Features / - The ceramic accessories are inspired by and continue the tradition of Chinese blue and white porcelain, with colors primarily in the natural earth tones of white and blue. The creative inspiration comes from the small and large events of life and beautiful memories of the past, abstracting elements from them. The shapes are natural and simple, suitable for pairing with any outfit. - To preserve the natural characteristics of the materials, some areas of the work may not be glazed, retaining the tactile feel of the clay or showcasing the marks of the creative process, allowing customers to experience its warmth. Un-glazed areas, which retain the pores of the clay, are prone to staining, so please be mindful during wear. - While we often refer to them as "ceramic," there is a difference between porcelain and earthenware. Porcelain clay is whiter and finer in texture, allowing for thinner shaping, resulting in a lighter and more delicate finished product compared to earthenware. Porcelain has fewer pores and produces a clearer, crisper sound when tapped lightly compared to earthenware.
