**▎What to Wear / Recommended Items**
1. Bring a change of clothes for after the activity.
2. Wear lightweight, quick-drying clothing or swimwear.
3. If you wear glasses or sunglasses, please use a strap, or opt for contact lenses.
4. Bring sunscreen and water; you're welcome to bring breakfast/snacks to enjoy on the water.
5. We have portable changing tents for your convenience.
6. Simple bucketed water is available for a quick rinse.

Q1: Can I join if I don't know how to swim?
A1: Yes, you will be wearing a life vest throughout the entire activity.

**▎Notes for Bringing Your Furry Friend**
As no additional fee is charged for pets, please adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Please bring your pet’s own life vest and leash.
2. Trim your pet's nails before the activity to prevent damage to equipment.
3. Ideally, your pet should have prior swimming experience, or be comfortable with water and not prone to scratching (they might fall into the water).

**⚠️ If the Windy forecast predicts waves of 0.5 meters or higher on the day of the activity, the location will be changed to the Zengwen River or Sicao Boat House experience. No cancellations will be accepted for this reason. Please do not book if you do not agree.**

**▎Important Notes**
▴ If the Windy forecast predicts waves of 0.5 meters or higher on the day of the activity, the location will be changed to the Zengwen River or Sicao Boat House experience. A price difference will be refunded, but cancellations will not be accepted. Please do not book if you do not agree!!️
▴ Activities will proceed rain or shine, unless there is thunder, heavy rain, or strong winds making water entry unsafe!!️
▴ We will notify you if conditions are unsuitable for the activity!!️
▴ If the activity is cancelled due to weather, residents of Tainan may reschedule or receive a refund (a $100 processing fee will be deducted)!!️
**▎Cancellation and Refund Policy**
A. Customer Cancellation:
1. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the activity date (excluding the departure date) are eligible for a full refund.
2. Cancellations made 7 days before the activity date (excluding the departure date) are eligible for a 70% refund.
3. Cancellations made 5 days before the activity date (excluding the departure date) are eligible for a 50% refund.
4. Cancellations made 2 days before the activity date (excluding the departure date) are not eligible for a refund.
B. Organizer Cancellation:
1. If the organizer cancels the activity, a full refund will be issued (no processing fee deducted).
2. If the activity is cancelled before commencement due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather or national policy, a refund will be issued after deducting a processing fee of NT$100 per person.
3. If the activity is cancelled after reaching the site due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather, a refund will be issued after deducting a processing fee of NT$100 per person.
**▎Photo/Video Policy**
▴ We will take photos and videos throughout the entire activity as records for participants.
Selected photos and videos may be randomly chosen for use on our fan page, Instagram, and other social media platforms for official promotion.
▴ Therefore, your wonderful photos/captivating videos from the activity *may* appear on our social media.
