Avoid vigorous rubbing to prevent pilling or deformation of the wool. • Cold Water Hand Wash: For a thorough clean, use a mild detergent and wash with cold water by hand. After washing, press out excess water with a dry towel and lay flat in a cool, shaded area to air dry. • Avoid Heat Sources: Wool fibers are sensitive to heat. Do not use a dryer, hot air from a hairdryer, or direct sunlight, as this may cause shrinkage or hardening of the fibers. • Mane Grooming: If the fringed mane becomes disheveled from friction while attached to a bag, gently smooth it with your fingers or carefully comb with a fine-tooth comb to restore its light, dynamic flow. • Pilling Management: Small pills may form over time with normal wear; this is a natural physical phenomenon for wool.
