Each strap comes with two keepers (one fixed). **Premium Italian Vegetable Tanned Leather** The strap features “Dollaro” vegetable tanned leather, produced by the renowned Conceria Walpier tannery in Tuscany, Italy, using bovine hides. This beautiful, unique leather displays a distinctive pebbled texture and a dual-tone finish, creating a striking 3D aesthetic on the surface. **Leather Lining** We use “Buttero” vegetable tanned leather from Conceria Walpier for the lining. As this side is in direct contact with the skin, we exclusively use the natural, undyed version of “Buttero”. **Strap Thickness** The strap is approximately 2.5mm thick; it will adapt to and comfortably fit your wrist after a few days of wear. **Distinguishing Vegetable Tanned Leather** Refined over centuries, traditional vegetable tanning imparts unique character and exceptional durability to the leather. Due to the labor-intensive, time-consuming process and the requirement for highly skilled artisans, vegetable tanned leather is costlier and less common than mass-produced alternatives. It accounts for only 20% of global leather production, while chrome-tanned leather makes up the remaining 80%. While it can be difficult for an untrained eye to distinguish these materials visually, you can trust your sense of smell: authentic vegetable tanned leather exudes a rich, distinct leather aroma that synthetic materials or other tanning methods lack. Over time, the leather will develop a deeper, natural patina, which is a hallmark of high-quality vegetable tanned leather. **Important Notes** Please note that leather is a natural product and may contain slight variations such as natural scars or stretch marks. These are normal characteristics of genuine leather, though we take great care to select the finest parts of the hide for production.
