From coffee planting - green beans - coffee - brewing into the cup, understand the original appearance of coffee drinks in daily contact. 2. Introduction to coffee cupping. 3. In-depth understanding and tasting of coffee flavors produced by different varieties of coffee (Arabica and Robusta), production regions (Africa, Central and South America, Asia, etc.) and processing methods. 4. Introduction and tasting of coffee defects (green and cooked defects). ◢ Course Hours ・SCA license group: 7 hours ・General experience group: 5 hours ◢ Course Remarks 1. Courses will be adjusted according to the number of hours and the level of depth. The official schedule will be given after the students register for the class. If you are unable to participate in the class, please note the following instructions: 1. Refund 1. After paying and registering, if you cannot attend the class due to "insufficient enrollment": notify the students 3 days before the class start date, and refund 100% of the paid fee. 2. After paying and registering, if you cannot attend the class due to "personal factors": ・ 90% of the paid fee will be refunded if the organizer is notified 6 days before the course starts. ・ If the organizer is notified 5-3 days before the start date of the course, 70% of the paid fee will be refunded. ・ If the sponsor is notified 0-3 days before the class start date, the paid fee will not be refunded. 2. Course adjustment In case of irresistible factors such as typhoons and natural disasters, the class will be postponed as soon as the class is suspended according to the announcement of any unit of the Tainan City Government.
