Gemstones are purchased from trusted industry vendors, and silver materials are sourced from trusted industry vendors and factory partners. Electroplating utilizes both jewelry-grade and industrial-grade processes. If you have concerns about material sensitivities, please feel free to inquire with the designer before placing an order. Most items in the studio are made-to-order. You can view the estimated shipping time on the Pinkoi desktop site. In-stock items will be shipped within 1-3 days. Made-to-order items require a waiting period.
