* Once your booking is confirmed, please contact "Bai Dian Official Messages" or add us on "Official LINE: @934zljmm" to send your design and receive course pre-notification details.
* If the workshop exceeds the original scheduled time, an additional charge of NT$300 per person per hour will apply.
* If a participant decides to abandon the creation process mid-course, the instructor will complete the piece. A fee of NT$1,000 per person will be charged for this service.
* Companions, whether participating in the tufting or not, will be charged NT$500 per person.

1. If the reserved time needs to be canceled due to force majeure events (e.g., typhoons, earthquakes), Bai Dian will notify you officially, and you may reschedule your session once.
2. For filming, programs, or advertisements, please contact customer service before placing your order to arrange for a time slot without other participants.
*Refund and Cancellation Policy*
1. Once your course booking is confirmed, we will immediately prepare the materials. Therefore, refunds are not accepted.
2. For rescheduling requests made within 8 days of the selected course date, you may postpone your session free of charge once (rescheduling is possible for sessions within three months of the original date).
3. If you do not complete the rescheduled booking within three months, or if you are unable to attend after one free postponement, please place a new order.
4. Same-day cancellations or arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of the course, and a new order must be placed.
