*Upon completing your reservation, please contact "Bai Dian Official Messages" or add "Official LINE:@934zljmm" to send your design image and receive pre-class notifications and instructions.
*Should your crafting session exceed the original scheduled time, an additional charge of NT$300/person per hour will apply.
*If a participant decides to abandon their creation mid-session, the instructor will complete the work. A labor fee of NT$1000/person will be charged on-site.
*Accompanying guests, whether participating in tufting or not, will be charged NT$500/person.

1. If the reserved time is affected by force majeure events such as typhoons or earthquakes requiring cancellation, Bai Dian will notify you officially to reschedule your session once.
2. If you wish to film videos, shows, or advertisements, please contact customer service before placing your order to arrange a time slot without other participants.
*Refund and Cancellation Policy*
1. Once the workshop reservation is confirmed, course materials will be prepared immediately, thus refunds are not accepted.
2. For rescheduling within 8 days of your selected course date, you may "postpone for free once
(reschedule to any available session within three months of the original course date)".
3. If you fail to reschedule within three months, or if you are unable to attend even after the one-time free postponement, please place a new order.
4. Same-day cancellations or arrivals 15 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of the course; please place a new order.
