Based on corporate social responsibility, Masterpiece Ceramics Co., Ltd. cooperates with the National Taiwan Craft Research and Development Center under the Ministry of Culture. The waste products that fail to be bisque fired are ground and processed. They are mixed with china clay raw materials such as frog mud and potassium feldspar according to a specific ratio. After chemical material analysis, we successfully developed recycled porcelain made of 40% porcelain waste. In this work, the sky lantern symbolizing peace is used as the shape, and the glaze and unglazed techniques are used to form a contrast to shape the beautiful ridges of Yushan and Alishan, which further enhances its beauty and Taiwanese cultural connotation. It is the first and model for the application of the concept of circular economy in the domestic ceramic industry.
