Customized logo design <Ordering Procedure> 1. Add to shopping cart and complete payment 2. Provide the following content in the order remarks -The design style and color you want -LOGO content (company name/other content) -Service industry category -LOGO reference picture <Service content> 1. Each charge for this service includes 1 LOGO digital file 2. After completing the payment, we will contact the customer within 2 working days. 3. It starts from the customer providing all the LOGO content. The designer will complete the first draft within 5-6 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) 4. The customer can make 3 fine-tuning requests based on the first draft. No re-draft is allowed, please forgive me! /Customer please take the initiative to request fine-tuning within 4 working days after the designer sends the first draft. /If there is still no reply from the customer on the 6th working day after sending the first draft, /Assuming that the client does not need the designer to modify the first draft, it will be regarded as the final version. /The designer will send the final draft to the customer, and will also notify the customer of "shipped" in the Pinkoi system. /Guests cannot make fine-tuning requests after the "shipment" prompt is issued, please forgive me! /Please kindly reply to the message within the specified time limit/ 5. The designer will make fine adjustments based on the first draft. 6. If the number of fine-tuning is exceeded, additional charges will be required. (Reference for fine-tuning scope: changing color, changing font/font size, modifying text content, adjusting the position of existing design content, etc...) 7. The above time limit does not include weekends and public holidays. <Finished> 1. Send the file via email after finalization 2. Provide file types: JPG / PNG /PDF <Notes> 1. This design studio has the right to use the design (put it in the reference portfolio) 2. This service cannot provide refunds, and the seven-day appreciation period does not apply. In order to avoid delaying the customer's order, after the first draft is completed, the designer will send messages and manuscripts through the Pinkoi system to contact the customer.
