As the flasks are handmade and demolded, black marks, spots, streaks, and transparent marks on the glass surface are normal occurrences during the production process. These are located in the interlayer between the glass and the stainless steel exterior and do not affect usability.

If there are any issues with the product, please message us to explain the situation and provide the following information within **48 hours** of receiving the item:
- *A photo taken immediately upon unpacking the package.
- *A photo of the outer shipping box. Please be sure to retain the outer shipping box.
- *A photo of the packing materials. Please be sure to retain the packing materials.
- *A photo of the damaged product's retail box. Please be sure to retain the retail box.
- *Were the packing materials completely filling the package?
- *Was the item able to move around inside the packaging?
After the above inspection and testing, if there are no issues, you may begin using the product.
If you have any concerns, please contact customer service as soon as possible. The product must retain its complete outer packaging, and all original packaging must be kept.
