Scratches are normal for vegetable-tanned leather but it also has strong repair capabilities; marks will gradually disappear with use. 2. Natural cowhide may have slight natural grain, scars, or other marks. 3. The leather color will deepen over time. 4. Prolonged sun exposure, friction, or touch may cause some color changes, which is normal. 5. Water may cause water stains on the leather; please be careful of moisture or handling with wet hands. **【Important Notes】** - Once a custom image has been drawn by the designer, it cannot be changed. A replacement will incur an additional design fee, the amount of which will be communicated by the designer. - If an order is canceled after the design is completed, the design fee for the completed artwork will be charged, calculated based on the number of completed designs. - Custom products are not eligible for cash on delivery or the seven-day free appreciation period return service.
