1. After placing the order, please confirm whether you have received the e-ticket for the trial class from Pinkoi via email, and confirm the content and time period
2. The venue space is limited. For the comfort and safety of the experiencers, only ticket holders are allowed to participate in the experience. Those who have not purchased tickets are not allowed to participate in the experience together.
3. For handicraft courses, it is not allowed for only one person to sign up and both of them share the same material.
4. If the materials are made incorrectly or damaged due to personal negligence during the process, the experiencer can re-purchase the materials on site (make up for the difference) before continuing the production. Please forgive me

7. Just enter the event on time. Please try not to be late so as not to affect your experience time. (According to regulations, refunds cannot be made on the same day)
8. During the experience course, "Building Good Things" will take side photos of the activity, and upload the record photos to the Facebook fan page or IG "Building Good Things" event page after the activity. In the future, photos and images containing your portrait may be used for event records or other recruitment channel promotions. Experiencers can download their own photos. If you do not want to be photographed, you can proactively inform the instructor at the event site, and the instructor will pay attention and move away.

【Refund Instructions】
1. If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters (such as the suspension of classes due to a typhoon), Zhuhao Amusement will proactively contact us to postpone the show or provide a refund.
2・If the ticket is refunded due to personal factors of the consumer, a 30% handling fee will be charged. (If there is any inconvenience, it is recommended to contact Zhuhao Entertainment to change the session, but it is limited to one time)
3. The event can be canceled four days before the start of the course (excluding the day) and a full refund will be given. No cancellations will be accepted from three days before the start of the course to the day of the course, and no refund will be given.
