Dynasty: Mid-Qing Dynasty / Ingredients: Purple clay / Capacity: 180cc
The body of this pot is brown with purple in color, with a faint and restrained colorful glow, warm and friendly.
The overall shape is simple yet tense. The body and knob are both olive-shaped, echoing each other and blending into one. The spout is a three-curve line that flows out gracefully. The handle is buckled and upright, showing the design tension and dignified demeanor of the classical vessel.
The lid of the pot is like an ancient hat covering the pot body, the lid is pressed tightly, the mouth of the pot is retracted downward and hidden in the ring foot, making the shape of the pot more restrained and subtle.
Looking at the whole vessel, the lines and surfaces are sharp yet soft, and the finishing work is rigorous and meticulous. Whether it is the spout or the air hole, the inner wall is carefully trimmed with meticulous attention to detail, demonstrating a very high level of pot making.
This pot is a descendant of the "Shao Family Pot" style from the prosperous Qing Dynasty. The Shao family has been passing down the art of making teapots. Although the spout is a little thin, the overall look is full of ancient charm, and has a tranquil beauty of "beauty in simplicity".
This teapot is exquisitely crafted and has a restrained flavor. It is truly a fine piece worth playing with and collecting.
【Frequently Asked Questions】
1. How to open the kettle before use
Scrub the inside and outside thoroughly. It is recommended to use a sponge, but do not use any chemical agents. Simply put, just wash it with water and you can use it normally.
2. How to soak
Keep it clean and dry during and after use, otherwise tea stains may form. Place in ventilated place after use. If you want to store it in a box for a long time, you need to dry it naturally for 1-2 months to allow the moisture in the pores to evaporate fully, otherwise it will easily become moldy.
3. How to clean tea stains or mold?
Use enzyme soaking.
4. Warm the kettle correctly
When the weather is cold, or if the pot has not been used for a long time, please use 40 degrees Celsius warm water to pour inside and outside the pot, then fill the pot up to allow the purple clay pores to fully absorb the water.
5. How to care for engraved works
There are carvings on the body of the pot, so it is recommended to use a brush to clean it.

The safety of transportation is fully borne by Yanhuang Dadi Art. If there is any damage, please contact customer service immediately.
