When using hairpins and hair sticks, please apply force to the stem. The decorative part should not be subjected to pressure. Be mindful of your hair-styling method. While the hairpins are not fragile, they cannot withstand excessive force. If your hairstyling method risks bending or breaking the decorative head, please secure your hair first and then add the ornament, or seek assistance from a professional. 4. Please avoid wearing metal accessories while bathing or visiting hot springs. Also, refrain from contact with water or chemicals (such as perfumes). If accidental contact occurs, gently wipe with a dry cloth. For areas that are difficult to reach, use the cool setting on a hairdryer. When not in use, store in a sealed bag to prevent moisture and oxidation. For added peace of mind, you may apply a layer of clear nail polish upon receipt for protection. Its condition depends on your daily usage habits. 5. Due to numerous uncontrollable factors during shipping, please contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged. We will ensure a satisfactory resolution. Buyers who leave negative reviews without prior contact or resolution will be refused future transactions. 6. Shipping fees are as advertised. Overages will not be refunded, and shortages will not be charged. For outlying islands, please select postal mail; other shipping methods will require an additional payment. 7. All items sold by our shop are eligible for free repairs. However, the cost of replacement materials and round-trip shipping will be borne by the buyer. 8.
