This roaster, designed by our in-house roaster Fred Feng, was the first in Taiwan to feature app control. Its maximum batch size is only 300g. Therefore, after receiving your order, roasting, and tasting, we only package and sell our coffee in half-pound bags. __Baked to Order__ In addition to the roasted coffee beans scheduled for sale this week (we only sell roasted beans within two weeks of roasting), all online orders will be scheduled for roasting on the day they are received.
