How to measure ring size as a gift?
● Measurement Method: Take a piece of cotton thread (sewing thread) and wrap it around the finger where the ring will be worn, ensuring a comfortable fit.
Straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler. Then, consult the size chart.
● Inform store staff of your approximate height and weight. The ring size can be adjusted at the store after the item is completed.

**Classes start with just one person and are by appointment only.**
● To ensure fairness, any request to reschedule or cancel a confirmed workshop registration must be made at least three days prior to the class. No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. The fee can be transferred to purchase other products or classes.
● Samples are available for try-on at the store. Exchanges for styles of the same price are welcome (subject to material availability).
Exchanges for higher-priced styles with a price difference are also possible, but no refunds will be issued for exchanges for lower-priced styles.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about classroom availability if you plan to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled class time for check-in and try-on of samples to avoid delays and ensure the rights of all participants.
● During the workshop, each person will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The artisan will first demonstrate and then guide you step-by-step through the process.
If a finished product has irreparable defects due to improper operation by the participant, a new set of materials will need to be purchased.
● The workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying based on the complexity of the chosen style. Items can be taken home the same day.

Female participants may be required to tie back long hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.

★ In the event of a typhoon or other natural disaster on your scheduled class day, based on personal safety considerations, classes will be postponed in accordance with government mandates, and a new date will be arranged.
