1890s UK Late Victorian Faceted Glass Globe Locket

This globe locket, dating back to the late Victorian era in the 1890s, is crafted from gilt metal and hand-cut glass. Both sides of the locket feature thick, hand-cut glass with faceted geometric designs that create a rich, kaleidoscopic visual effect. The locket opens from side to side, allowing you to place photos inside, though it is not suitable for thicker items. This is an antique item with noticeable signs of wear and oxidation, particularly around the inner edges of the bezel. There are two hairline cracks, approximately 1 cm long, visible on the inner layer of the glass on one side, observable from both the inside and outside; there is also a small chip on the edge of the same side. The inner layer of the glass on the other side also has a chip, visible from both the inside and outside. None of these imperfections are sharp to the touch.
