Clean by diluting a neutral detergent with water, gently brushing with a brush, wiping off the foam with a damp cloth, and air-drying. 7. Casual shoes are packaged in shoeboxes. Slippers, bags, and accessories are packaged in PP bags. Packaging is for protection, and minor dents or creases from logistics are unavoidable. Damaged packaging cannot be returned or exchanged. 8. For bags with floral or printed fabrics, the pattern placement is randomly cut and will vary on each piece. Ordering signifies your understanding of this. 9. Product images may vary slightly depending on individual monitor settings; the actual product is the final reference for color. Handmade dimensions may have variations within the international standard tolerance and a normal measurement difference of 1-3 cm. 10. Collaborated products are officially licensed. Packaging (boxes, bags, or small cards with authorization marks or official logos) should not be counterfeited. 【Return & Exchange Policy】 1. Returns and exchanges require the product to be in its original, unworn condition with all original packaging (outer bag + outer box), including accessories and attached tags, still intact. 2. If you wish to return part of an order under such promotions, please return the entire order and reorder. 3.
