We recommend dry cleaning or hand washing separately (do not soak). If machine washing, please place the garment in a laundry bag before washing. Air dry naturally after washing. We suggest washing dark and light colors separately, and please do not use bleach. Wrinkles are normal for natural linen after washing. Gently smooth the garment after washing and air dry. Then, iron at a high temperature to restore its flatness. About Comme forêt/ We begin with a natural and fresh style for our clothing. Original designs, pattern making, and sample revisions are done using two home sewing machines. Occasionally, we entrust the sewing to a skilled seamstress acquaintance. Production is done in very small batches locally in Taipei. We hope to recapture the beauty of small-batch handmade clothing, designing comfortable and elegant pieces, just as we would make clothes for ourselves, family, or friends.
