Once worn and scrubbed, they cannot be restored to their original condition and may show cleaning marks. Clean by diluting a neutral detergent, gently brushing with a brush, wiping off the foam with a damp cloth, and air-drying. 7. Casual shoes are packaged in shoeboxes. Slippers/bags/accessories are packaged in PP bags. Packaging is for protection, and minor bumps or creases during logistics delivery are unavoidable. Packaging itself is not eligible for return or exchange. 8. For genuine leather insoles, variations in texture and color may occur across different areas of the natural leather or due to seasonal changes (unlike artificial leather, which has a uniform appearance). Wrinkles or color differences are not defects. 9. Product images may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings. The actual product color is the final reference. Due to manual measurement, there may be a normal variation of 1-3 cm within the international standard allowable error range. 10. Collaborated products are officially licensed.
