※ Entry begins 15 minutes before the activity. To ensure a smooth experience, please arrive on time.
※ Yarn is exclusively for use during the workshop.
※ Photography for personal recording is permitted during the class, but video recording is strictly prohibited.
※ A pre-class notification will be sent 1-2 days prior. Please ensure your email contact information is accurate to avoid missing it. If you do not receive the notification, please inform us promptly, as we do not provide additional phone reminders.
※ Seating is limited to ticket holders. Companions without tickets may only enter if space permits.
**Refund Policy**
※ In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, Bitter Gourd Weaves will proactively arrange for postponement or a refund.
※ If you are unable to attend after payment, you may request a refund through the order system, with a 30% service fee of the ticket price to cover incurred expenses. As the designer needs to prepare materials 10 days in advance, refunds or exchanges are not accepted within 10 days of the event date.
※ To reschedule, please contact Bitter Gourd Weaves at least 3 days prior to the event. Rescheduling is limited to one time.
