The formation of natural hot springs is classified according to sources, geology, and chemical composition. Different from indoor hot springs, wild creek hot springs are closer to natural environments. The hot spring source is located next to a waterway creek, waiting for Taiwan's autumn and winter dry season, when the creek water level is lower than the wild creek hot spring water level, it will appear, which is the best time for adventurers to embark on a hot spring trip.

10:00 Meet at the Kongxi Suspension Bridge parking lot and receive equipment.
10:10 Dress appropriately and have a pre-trip briefing.
10:30 Departure and walk to the Wild Creek Hot Springs.
11:00 Hike through the bamboo forest and arrive at the valley, then enter the original trail.
11:30 Climb up and cross the creek to reach the hot springs.
12:30 Choose the best spot on the riverbed for a delightful meal (please bring your own environmentally friendly utensils).
14:00 Pack up and return to the starting point by climbing up and crossing the creek.
15:00 Leave the valley and return to the parking lot to change clothes.

Requests for cancellation made 8 days prior to the start of the trip are eligible for a full refund.
Requests for cancellation made 4-7 days prior to the start of the trip (including the 7th day) will result in a 30% processing fee deducted from the order cost.
Requests for cancellation made 1-3 days prior to the start of the trip (including the 3rd day) are not eligible for a refund.
Requests for cancellation made on the day of departure are not eligible for a refund.
Requests for rescheduling are treated as cancellations and are subject to the same cancellation policy.
If the activity is suspended due to reasons beyond the control of the organizer, refunds will not be issued.
👉Weather and other uncontrollable factors:
In case of natural factors beyond our control, such as strong winds, typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rain, or road conditions, the coach has the right to change the itinerary, postpone or change the location of the activity, or offer a full refund. The final weather assessment will be made at 6:00 PM on the night before the activity and participants will be notified by phone, email, or other means whether the trip will proceed.
