Gently rub the soiled area (mild soap or hand wash detergent can be used; please avoid bleach). If machine washing, place the item in a laundry bag (a double-layered one is preferable). The fabric is pure cotton, which "wrinkles easily." After spin-drying or wringing, be sure to "shake out, flatten, and then air dry." Please dry in a shaded area; prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause the fabric fibers to become brittle. !! Gentle Reminder !!
