Haori is aloose-fitting top worn over a kimono.
Kimono are made by different craftsmen for each process,such as weaving ,dyeing,embroidery,and sewing.
Although it cannot be seen in the photograph,the fabric has a ground pattern that is woven using different threads and weaving methods.
The material is probably silk.

- It is an elaborate haori with gold and silver threads woven into the black base. The base fabric has a ground pattern woven into it. It can be worn casually or dressily .It isa limited edition item and there is only one in the world.
