4. As materials need to be prepared after payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a standard invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice with a Unified Business Number, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of cancellation due to force majeure such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange a rescheduling or refund.
