**Production process**

A. For those who submit a refund application sixty days before the course start date, the refund will be 95% of the agreed upon actual paid fee.

C. If a student applies for a refund from the seventh to the first day before the course starts, the refund will be 80% of the agreed total amount of fees actually paid.
