Our vegan "cow ear" cookies are meticulously prepared by seasoned artisans with decades of expertise, handmade right here in Hong Kong. Traditionally, "cow ear" cookies and other Lunar New Year snacks rely on lard for their signature crispiness. However, our vegan sesame "cow ear" cookies and festive treats are developed with a unique recipe and refined technique. This allows them to achieve a rich, satisfying flavor and delicate crispness without any added lard or animal fats, making them an indispensable part of your Lunar New Year celebrations. Due to overwhelming demand last year, we've asked our artisans to produce an additional batch this year. The first dispatch will be in mid-January, so international customers are encouraged to order promptly. Other orders will be shipped sequentially by February 13th. They are available only while supplies last! As our products contain no added preservatives, we package all our Lunar New Year treats with desiccant and oxygen absorber packets to maximize their freshness. This year, we've opted for tub packaging for even better protection.
