Commercial perfumes often feel easily replicable; think of the famous English Pear & Freesia scent that can be found in everything from perfumes to laundry detergents and room fresheners. In contrast, perfumes crafted with essential oils use more natural ingredients, free from synthetic fragrances. This elevates the perfume's quality and makes it much harder to replicate. Plus, using them regularly is less likely to cause headaches!

・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the session has commenced before registering.
・Upon completing your order checkout, your purchase receipt serves as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive directly at the venue at your scheduled session time; no further SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are not checked out are considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and incomplete orders will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02)2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. Our policy is as follows:
。In accordance with Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are processed as follows:
A. For refund requests submitted 60 days or more prior to the class commencement date, a 95% refund of the total agreed-upon fee will be issued.
B. For refund requests submitted between 59 days and 8 days prior to the class commencement date, a 90% refund of the total agreed-upon fee will be issued.
C. For refund requests submitted between 7 days and 1 day prior to the class commencement date, an 80% refund of the total agreed-upon fee will be issued.
。Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduling timeframe, please opt for a refund.
。For cancellations on the day of the class, no refunds or reschedules will be accepted as materials and venue arrangements will have been completed by the instructor. No-shows will be considered forfeiture.
。To ensure the rights of other participants, arriving more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered forfeiture.
。For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details (account name and number). All refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Non-ticket holders are not permitted to accompany participants, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity, or in special circumstances where a parent and child wish to participate together. Please contact the venue in advance to inquire about such exceptions.
・If the number of registered participants for a session falls below 6 two days prior to the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and will notify participants to reschedule or receive a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the handicraft studio. This workshop includes self-service black and green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the workshop for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event records or other promotional campaigns.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make the necessary arrangements.
