To protect the rights and interests of both parties, if a course cancellation is requested due to personal reasons after payment, please notify us at least 10 days before the event. A 10% handling fee of the course fee will be charged for cancellations made 10 days prior to the event. No refunds will be issued within 10 days of the event.
