When I put a bunch of bamboo beads on a mat to do some bead embroidery, I couldn't take my eyes off the way they were scattered randomly. I made this exact same design into a brooch. They can be shiny, sparkly, matte...each has a different look. The result is a charming brooch that resembles a sesame seed dumpling. Although it uses lots of tiny beads, it is very light and is attached with glue from the back so it is difficult to fall off. Each piece is a unique item, carefully crafted by hand.
