"Nishijin-ori" - A general term for high-grade silk fabrics woven in Kyoto's Nishijin district. "Kinran" - Brocade fabric. Named for its embossed, ornate wave-like patterns incorporating gold threads. Indispensable to Japanese culture, it's used in the attire of monks, Kabuki actors, theatrical costumes, and wedding garments. Material: A base of golden woven threads embroidered with vibrant pastel hydrangeas and golden orchids... soft, bright, and refreshing, paired with a beige polka dot lining. (The distribution of floral patterns varies, so each bag will have a unique print.) Specifications: Length 13cm + Width 10cm + Depth 2cm Internal Configuration: Two hidden bill compartments on each side (total 2) + 3 card slots (total 6) + a zippered coin pocket in the middle. Each side also has a slot for receipts, credit card slips, or notes. Care Instructions: For stains, gently brush with a toothbrush dipped in diluted laundry detergent, then clean with a damp cloth.
