Subjective Differences: After placing an order, refunds or returns cannot be issued due to subjective aesthetic reasons such as "different from imagination" or "different proportions." Please refer to the existing finished product styles in our store. Handmade items cannot achieve perfect symmetry or 100% realism. 3. After-Sales & Order Abandonment: This product is a custom-made item and is not subject to the 7-day appreciation period. Unclaimed packages will be treated as malicious abandonment, and relevant civil liabilities will be pursued. 4. Work Sharing: Photos of the finished product may be publicly shared on platforms later (personal information will be hidden). If you do not wish for your work to be shared, please inform us in advance. Failure to do so will be considered consent. 5. Return Policy: Customized products fall under the category of "Exceptional Goods" and are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period regulations of the Consumer Protection Law. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. 6. Color Variation: Slight color differences between the product photos and the actual item viewed with the naked eye are normal and do not qualify for refunds or returns. 7. Unboxing Video: Please record the entire unboxing process upon receipt to protect both your and our rights. Please report any product issues within 1 day of receipt; requests made after this period will not be processed. 8. Photo Material: All photos are printed on photo paper using an inkjet printer. 9. Paper Material: Craft paper. 10. Size Deviation: Handmade items are measured by hand, and a 0-2 cm error is considered normal. 11. Receipt: Please inform us in advance if a receipt is required. Our store is exempt from issuing unified invoices. If a reissue is needed later, it can only be sent via registered mail.
