Unlike the flawless appearance of PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains unique natural markings from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, and veins. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches from processing, transportation, or crafting are also considered normal within the scope of the material. In respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for significant damage. Please consider this carefully if you are sensitive to such characteristics. While the finished product may not possess the perfect uniformity of machine-made items, it carries a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, as the leather ages and is used, it develops personal scratches, deepens in color, and gains a patina over time, gradually creating a one-of-a-kind appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each piece uniquely charming. **/ Colors /** Firstly, screen displays have color variations. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can differ due to batch variations, storage duration, or even different parts of the same hide absorbing dye differently. Colors from subsequent orders may not be identical. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No inspection period. No returns or exchanges.) This item is **"Made-to-Order."** Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," in your order notes. If no notes are provided, you agree to the designer selecting the stitching color and leaving the embossing blank. As each order is custom-made, it cannot be resold to others (finished products cannot have stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is a mistake in the specifications, our "customized products" are not eligible for an inspection period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (e.g., too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
